Role Description

We are hiring medical interpreters to support communication between patients and healthcare professionals. This is a fully remote position with flexible schedules and internal training provided.

• Answer calls professionally, following the interpreter's code of conduct.
• Use accurate medical and clinical vocabulary.
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Report progress to your team leader.

Qualifications

• English proficiency (minimum 90%).
• Previous interpreting experience (1+ year preferred).
• Stable wired internet connection.
• USB headset with microphone.
• Windows 10 or MacOS.
• Strong communication, listening, and cultural tolerance skills.
