Role Description

This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a Medical Intake / Customer Service Representative (Part-Time) to support their patient-facing operations and administrative workflows. • Manage patient intake processes, ensuring accurate and complete information collection
• Handle inbound calls and emails, providing timely and professional responses
• Conduct patient follow-ups via phone and email to maintain engagement and care continuity
• Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling efficiently
• Resolve patient inquiries or concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Support administrative tasks as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare, mental health, or patient support roles is highly valued
• Proven ability to manage inbound communication channels (calls, emails)
• Experience with scheduling systems or administrative coordination
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Experience in medical or psychiatry intake and/or customer service roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
