• Position: Medical Insurance Verification Specialist
• Pay: $17/Hr. weekly (FULL TIME) + Benefits
• Projected Start Date: 10/05
• Must be able to pick up equipment in Irving, TX!
• Schedule: Will be assigned an 8-Hr. Shift M-F between 8a-9pm EST (MUST BE ABLE TO ACCEPT ANY SHIFT AM OR PM)
• US RESIDENTS ONLY!

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YR OF RECENT MEDICAL INSURANCE VERIFICATION OR BENEFITS EXP (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Must have previous experience in prior authorization, claims, HIPAA knowledge.
• Previous call center experience recommended but not required.
• Must have a quiet secure location in home to work.
• Previous experience with high-volume calls recommended but not required.
• Good communication skills.
• Must have High Speed Internet with Hard wired Modem access (NO HOTSPOTS will be accepted).
• Computer proficient (able to learn new software and navigate multiple screens).
• Must be able to pick up equipment in Irving, TX!

Requirements

• Assist patients with obtaining coverage for prescription medications.
• Inbound/outbound calls to patients, guarantors, payors, and payees.
• Utilize call center software to complete account research and update notes.
• Place calls to insurance companies on behalf of patient needs.
• Adhere to call center metrics and HIPAA regulations.
