Role Description

Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. The position is for a Medical Expert, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training on a contract basis.

• Develop workspaces and files to simulate realistic professional tasks in medicine.
• Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on real medical work in Spain.
• Evaluate and improve AI agents by providing structured feedback on task performance.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure alignment with Spanish clinical guidelines.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance AI model training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical practice.
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Licensed physician in Spain (colegiado), familiar with SNS protocols and Spanish clinical guidelines.

Requirements

• Hourly contractor.

Benefits

• Compensation: $120/hour.
• Location: Remote.
• Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19.
• Commitment: 21 hours/week.
