[Hiring] Medical Executive Assistant @Stamp Staff Remote Teams and Talents

Role Description

Looking for a full-time VA who can support both the medical/telemedicine side of a physician's practice and personal/executive assistant duties.

Responsibilities

• Medical/Telemedicine:
  • Log into provider interface/EMR and look up patients
  • Enter medication orders accurately (nausea, pain, antibiotics, etc.)
  • Must understand American-brand medication names and terminology
• Personal/Executive Assistant:
  • Manage and organize email inbox proactively
  • Create daily to-do lists from emails/texts and follow through independently
  • Take initiative without needing repeated instructions — this is a must, not just email/calendar admin

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with US-based clients/practices required
• Must understand American/US-based medications and terminology
• Prior medical VA or healthcare admin experience required
• Prior EA/personal assistant experience required
• Strong initiative and consistency — able to build and maintain systems (e.g., to-do lists) without daily prompting
• Strong English communication, reliable, detail-oriented
• Full-time availability

Compensation

Php 35,000 – 42,000/month, depending on US forex rate
