[Hiring] Medical Billing Specialist @Wing Assistant

We are looking for a Medical Billing Specialist to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Medical Billing & Claims Management
  • Handle charge entry, coding, and claim submission.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims in compliance with billing regulations and payer requirements.
  • Maintain billing records and documentation for all submitted claims.
• Payment Posting & Insurance Follow-Up
  • Post payments accurately and reconcile billing transactions.
  • Work denials and manage insurance follow-ups to resolve outstanding claims.
  • Investigate claim rejections and coordinate corrective actions for resubmission.
• Patient Billing & Account Support
  • Handle patient statements and other billing-cycle work.
  • Address billing inquiries and assist with account-related concerns.
  • Support the overall revenue cycle process to ensure timely collections and accurate account management.

Required Tools

• NextGen Billing (experience required)

Qualifications

• Previous medical billing experience.
• Experience using NextGen Billing.
• Understanding of Medicare Advantage billing and coding.
• Familiarity with G-codes and CPT II codes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and training.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple billing tasks efficiently.

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Salary Package

• PHP 66,000/month
