Follow standard operating procedures for billing support, account follow-up, and reimbursement collections.

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail.

Act as liaison between clients and clinicians as it pertains to insurance, billing questions, and account balances.

Resolve problem accounts and payer denials; follow-up on any claims that require a payer response.

Responsible for collection of payments for the company, counseling offices, and off-site employed and/or contracted providers.

Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communication with clients and payers.

Demonstrate professional behavior, appropriate work ethic, cooperation, and teamwork.

May perform additional duties of similar complexity within the organization, as required or assigned.
Qualifications

Customer service experience required; medical collections and/or medical billing experience is a plus.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

A background check will be performed on all hires, post-offer. Employment is contingent upon passing this check.
Benefits

Compensation starts at $23.00 per hour plus 5% pay incentive for Bi-lingual-Spanish.

(4) weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year, pro-rated amount based on hire date.
