Role Description

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 PM PST

Location: Must reside in the time zone of Pacific Standard Time (PST). If you are located in Seattle, WA, you will have the flexibility to work remotely as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Engagement and relationship experience with members, providers, networks, internal and external functional partners
• Written and oral communication skills: facilitating internal, cross-functional and external relationships
• Deep understanding of Medicaid and LTSS principles
• Data entry background
• Excel/Word knowledge and computer comfort
• Analysis of data and reports/Reporting ability
• Basic understanding of reporting, program metrics, data analysis
• Workflow development, gap analysis, and continuous process improvement
• Proactive problem solving
• Organizational Skills
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2+ years of Medicaid experience
• 2+ years of experience with LTSS (Long Term Services and Supports)
• 1+ years of data entry experience
• Intermediate computer proficiency experience
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
• Must reside in the time zone of Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Requirements

• Experience with electronic medical records (ECW)
• 1+ year customer service experience
• Knowledge of insurance carriers and managed care plans
• Knowledge of medical terminology
