Role Description

The Scheduler is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the nursing schedule for home infusion patients. This position involves:

• Interacting with patients and caregivers regarding their home infusion visit
• Addressing scheduling issues
• Maintaining patient records
• Consistent communication with the care team

This is a remote worker position.

Qualifications

• 1 year Office experience in health care setting
• Customer service experience

Requirements

• 1 year Home care experience (preferred)
• Home infusion experience (preferred)
• Coordination of home care/home infusion experience (preferred)
• Experience with scheduling (preferred)
