[Hiring] Maternal Health Support Specialist @TEKsystems

Role Description

• Candidates must contain one of the following certifications and be fluent in English/Spanish: LCSW, RN, APRN, CNM, PA.
• Conduct brief onboarding and activation calls in Spanish (10–15 minutes) using validated screening tools (e.g., EPDS).
• Perform outreach to eligible members using structured scripts and digital workflows.
• Deliver virtual coaching sessions in Spanish focused on perinatal mental health, adjustment to parenthood, stress regulation, and health-promoting behaviors.
• Support members around common postpartum topics (mood, feeding, sleep, transitions), coordinating referrals when specialized care is needed.
• Identify elevated risk and follow defined escalation and referral pathways.
• Document all interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with members via phone, video, and secure messaging.
• Participate in remote training, supervision, and quality reviews.
