Role Description

This position oversees clinical pharmacy services within The US Oncology Network practices as part of the ClinReview program. The role supervises and develops ClinReview pharmacists; manages workload, coverage, clinical quality, and program performance; and partners with practices, leadership, and McKesson teams to support high-quality, cost-effective pharmacy services that meet regulatory and quality requirements.

In addition, this position supports a portfolio of clinical content and cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities may include:

• Physician-governance activities
• P&T support

The role connects insights from clinical pharmacy practice with scalable Network content, standards, workflows, and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience
• Typically requires 6+ years of professional experience
• 0-2 years of supervisory experience
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Post-doctorate residency training preferred
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) preferred

Requirements

• 6+ years of oncology pharmacy or related clinical healthcare experience
• 1+ years of supervisory, team-leadership, or program-lead experience
• Current pharmacist license in at least one U.S. state; flexibility to obtain additional licenses as required
• Experience translating oncology evidence into clinical recommendations, content, or workflows
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects in a matrixed environment
• Oncology pharmacy expertise and sound clinical judgment
• People leadership, coaching, delegation, performance management, and change leadership
• Evidence evaluation, scientific writing, and clinical content development
• Knowledge of oncology governance, protocols, and EHR-enabled clinical workflows
• Project coordination, prioritization, facilitation, and execution
• Ability to analyze clinical and operational data and translate findings into practical recommendations
• Clear communication with pharmacists, physicians, practice leaders, technical teams, and executives
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and virtual collaboration tools

• Base Pay Range: $130,100 - $216,800
