[Hiring] LTE Virtual Physical Therapist - PT @Dove Healthcare

Role Description

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time, limited-term virtual position. This role is responsible for providing high-quality telehealth physical therapy services and supervising two Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) in accordance with state practice acts and regulatory requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who is organized, collaborative, and experienced in remote care delivery.

• Conduct virtual evaluations, re-evaluations, and discharge assessments via telehealth
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of 2 PTAs
• Review and co-sign PTA documentation as required
• Ensure compliance with state practice act, payer guidelines, and company policies
• Communicate effectively with patients, PTAs, interdisciplinary team members, and referring providers
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in WI
• Experience supervising PTAs
• Strong understanding of state supervision requirements
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with EMR systems and telehealth platforms
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace
