Catholic Health's Home Care team is seeking compassionate, dedicated LPNs to join our interdisciplinary care team. • $5,000 Sign on Bonus for Experienced LPNs!

Qualifications

• LPN License in the state of NY required
• Minimum of one year of recent hands-on experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Basic Life Support Certification

Requirements

• LPNs in Nassau County and Suffolk County for 5x8-hour shifts with rotating weekends
• Additional compensation is offered for visits completed beyond your assigned caseload

Pay Range

USD $33.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
