Role Description

CareLinx by Sharecare is a nationwide registry of healthcare professionals — and we work differently. You set your availability in the CareLinx app, and our team matches you with clients that fit your schedule, preferences, and goals. Whether you want steady recurring shifts or per-diem flexibility, you stay in control of how much you work — while we handle the match.

Once onboarded, you'll work alongside a dedicated Care Advisor team focused on finding you the right matches — based on location, client needs, and your availability. The best professionals on our platform build consistent schedules, stay engaged through the app, and communicate proactively with their Care Advisors.

We're currently hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide skilled nursing care across a variety of settings. New graduates are welcome!

Qualifications

• Active LVN nursing license/certification
• Active CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 2 months of nursing experience
• Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from agreed upon shifts
• Must pass a background check

Requirements

• Medical clearance such as TB test or physical exam (may apply)
• Additional documentation may be required based on state law or client contract
• Some training requirements may be needed prior to accepting shifts
