Role Description

• Provide teletherapy to students ages 11-24 throughout California.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside schools, families, and community partners.
• Every session has the power to change a young person's trajectory.

Please note: This role is open to therapists who are fully licensed in California only; associate and provisionally licensed therapists are not eligible.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in the State of California.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing culturally responsive, equitable care that honors diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Experience working with teens and youth ages 11-24 in clinical or school settings.
• Experience providing telehealth services.

Requirements

• Fully licensed California clinicians only; associate and provisionally licensed clinicians are not eligible.

• Base salary of approximately $55,000/year with the opportunity to earn over $115,000 annually through monthly session bonuses ($70 per session beyond 17/week).
