Role Description

We’re seeking a licensed therapist to join our founding team as a 1099 independent contractor. You’ll work with adults navigating chronic illness, trauma, grief, caregiving, and life transitions.

• This role may begin as very part-time, with income building gradually in the first 1–3 months.
• There may be a short delay between your start date and when client referrals begin.
• We’re intentionally building a stable, high-quality system before scaling quickly through strategic marketing.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or equivalent) in at least one state
• Clinical experience with adults
• Strong foundation in trauma-informed, relational care
• Comfortable with telehealth and confident providing virtual therapy
• Professional, private home office setup with secure internet and webcam
• Alignment with our mission and client-centered philosophy

Requirements

• Earn $90 per session with no insurance billing, reimbursement hassles, or productivity quotas.
• See 2 or 20 clients per week. You set your schedule, and clients book based on your availability.
• Support clients navigating chronic illness, pain, fatigue, long COVID, trauma, grief, caregiving, and life transitions.
• Access to intake forms, scheduling, client reminders, and tech setup through our secure telehealth platform.
• Sessions include time for documentation, and you’re paid monthly via direct deposit.
