[Hiring] Licensed Telehealth Therapist LCSW/LMHC/LMFT @UHS

Role Description

HealthLinkNow, part of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS), is looking for a patient-focused experienced Licensed Telehealth Therapist LCSW/LMHC/LMFT to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. We are looking for innovative clinicians who are committed to providing exceptional patient care from the convenience of your own home.

• This is a 100% remote position, 1099 contract. Licensed in Florida.
• Adult IOP remote group therapy Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; 9:00 am to 1:30 pm Eastern time.
• This includes 30 minutes of prep time, 3 consecutive 50-minute group sessions, and 60 minutes of documentation time.
• Attend a weekly treatment team meeting.
• Commit to 14 to 15 hours per week to complete all necessary activities.
• This is an Adult Intensive Outpatient Program designed to deal with a variety of mental health issues.

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure in Florida.
• Experience in group therapy is a plus.
• Active Clinical licensure in LCSW/LMHC/LMFT.
• Proficiency in using technology for patient management.

Requirements

• Provide virtual IOP remote group coverage via video conferencing platforms such as Zoom.
• Embrace innovative telemedicine approaches for patient care.
• Document patient interactions and maintain electronic health records.
• Collaborate with the clinical team as needed.
• Must have a personal computer system that can utilize Zoom and EHR access platforms to deliver services.
• Must use a HIPAA-compliant office workspace.

Technology Requirements

• Must use personal laptop/computer that can run Zoom and other applications required for Telehealth remote work.
• Internet connection - broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE).
• Speakers and a microphone – built-in, USB plug-in, or wireless Bluetooth.
• A webcam or HD webcam – built-in, USB plug-in or an HD cam or HD camcorder with a video-capture card OR virtual camera software for use with broadcasting software like OBS or IP cameras.
• Supporting operating systems: macOS X with macOS X (10.11) or later, Windows 11, Windows 10 (Windows 10 Home, Pro, or Enterprise; S Mode is not supported).
• Web browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari (within 2 versions of current version).
