Role Description
Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We're looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population. We handle the administrative side β scheduling, billing, insurance β so you can focus on care.

Qualifications

A valid LPC license in good standing in the state of Ohio.

A Masterβs degree in Counseling with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience.

Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools.

A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
