Role Description
We are seeking a bilingual Licensed Practitioner in Texas who is already credentialed with TMHP to join our team in a fully remote role. The Licensed Practitioner will be responsible for:

Completing assessments, reassessments, treatment plans, and treatment plan updates in accordance with agency standards, Medicaid requirements, and applicable state regulations.

Completing psychosocial assessments and reassessments to determine medical necessity, identify client needs, and support appropriate service recommendations.

Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and updating treatment plans as required.

Ensuring all documentation reflects the clientβs current needs, progress, and goals.

Maintaining compliance with Texas Medicaid and TMHP standards, agency policies, and all applicable documentation timelines.

Communicating effectively with clients, families, referral sources, and internal staff as needed to support continuity of care.

Reviewing records for accuracy, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring documentation is completed in a timely, thorough, and professional manner.
Qualifications

Active, unrestricted professional license in the state of Texas in good standing (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or other qualified Texas license recognized for completing behavioral health assessments and treatment planning).

Credentialed with TMHP and eligible to provide services under Texas Medicaid guidelines.

Bilingual, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively in both English and Spanish.

Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and organizational skills.

Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment and able to manage deadlines efficiently.
Requirements

Experience working with Medicaid-funded behavioral health services (preferred).

Experience completing diagnostic assessments, reassessments, and person-centered treatment planning in a community mental health setting (strongly preferred).

Familiarity with electronic health records and remote documentation workflows (preferred).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Attention to detail and sound clinical judgment.

Ability to complete accurate and compliant documentation.

Ability to manage a remote caseload efficiently and prioritize assignments.

Collaboration with agency staff as needed.

Strong understanding of professional ethics, confidentiality, and documentation standards.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position for a Licensed Practitioner residing in Texas. The candidate must have:

Physical Requirements
This position primarily involves:

Sitting, using a computer, attending virtual meetings, and completing electronic documentation for extended periods.
