[Hiring] Licensed Mental Health Assessor @HCO Behavioral Health

Role Description

We are looking for Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LPC's, LCSW's, LMFT's) to conduct client assessments. Evening and Weekend availability needed.

Licensed Clinical Assessor

• Responsible to provide behavioral health consultation to children, adolescents, adults, and families in order to improve psycho-social functioning.
• Responsible for rendering services in person and/or virtually.
• Responsible for client mental health assessments and performs initial intake interviews.
• Identifies psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues and diagnoses.
• Responsible for determining client’s psychiatric diagnosis based on diagnostic criteria from DSM.
• Treatment planning development based on client’s strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.
• Maintains accurate and timely records, including clinical progress notes, according to HCO’s facility policy.

Qualifications

• Professional Licensure in the State of Louisiana
• Licensure Malpractice Coverage
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing
• Car registration and insurance current (if transporting individuals receiving services)
• Successful clearance of state criminal background check
• Successful clearance of drug and TB skin test
• Current CPR Certification
• Reliable internet connection
• Tablet/laptop device with camera that allows for tele-health visits to be conducted
