Role Description

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time telehealth opportunity supporting clients throughout Rhode Island. The role centers on consistent session delivery, measurable treatment planning, and clear clinical documentation. This is a structured weekday position designed for clinicians who prefer predictable hours and focused outpatient work.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions (individual and/or relational, based on caseload needs)
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and establish clinical direction
• Develop treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes
• Document sessions accurately and within required timelines
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and Rhode Island telehealth guidelines
• Complete risk assessments and implement safety planning when required
• Coordinate referrals and care collaboration as clinically appropriate

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island LMFT license in good standing
• Master’s degree aligned with licensure requirements
• Outpatient therapy experience (relational therapy experience a plus)
• Strong time management and documentation consistency
• Professional, client-centered communication in a virtual setting
