Role Description

HealthLinkNow, part of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS), is looking for a patient-focused experienced Licensed Telehealth Therapist LCSW/LMFT/LPCC to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. We are looking for innovative clinicians who are committed to providing exceptional patient care from the convenience of your own home. The Clinician will be providing virtual group therapy to an Intensive Outpatient Program.

• Conduct virtual group therapy sessions for adults.
• Collaborate with Facility Treatment Team to provide continuity of Care.
• Embrace innovative telemedicine approaches for patient care.
• Document patient interactions and maintain electronic health records.

We currently are looking for therapists to provide remote Telehealth Group Therapy to an Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program. We are looking for therapists with group therapy experience and comfortable working with addictions issues.

• Adult IOP remote group therapy three (3) days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5 pm to 9:30 pm (4.5 hours) Pacific time.
• Each group day includes:
  • 30 minutes of prep time
  • Three 50-minute groups consecutively with a 10-minute break between groups
  • 70 minutes of documentation time
• The clinician needs to be prepared to commit up to 15 hours per week to complete all necessary activities, including attendance of a weekly treatment team meeting for 60 min.

This is an Adult Intensive Outpatient Program designed to deal with a variety of mental health issues with a focus on addictions and recovery, and may have clients joining and leaving the group over time.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in California.
• Active Clinical licensure and experience in LMFT/LCSW/LPCC.
• Group therapy experience.
• Comfortable working with addictions and recovery issues.
• Comfortable with technology and distance-based management of patients.

Requirements

• Must use personal laptop/computer that can run Zoom and other applications required for Telehealth remote work.
• Internet connection - broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE).
• Speakers and a microphone – built-in, USB plug-in, or wireless Bluetooth.
• A webcam or HD webcam – built-in, USB plug-in or an HD cam or HD camcorder with a video-capture card OR virtual camera software for use with broadcasting software like OBS or IP cameras.
• Supporting operating systems:
  • macOS X with macOS X (10.11) or later
  • Windows 11
  • Windows 10 (must run Windows 10 Home, Pro, or Enterprise; S Mode is not supported)
