[Hiring] Licensed Clinical Therapist - Adult IOP Virtual Group Therapist @UHS

Role Description

HealthLinkNow, part of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS), is looking for a patient-focused experienced Licensed Telehealth Therapist LCSW/LMFT/LPCC to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. We are looking for innovative clinicians who are committed to providing exceptional patient care from the convenience of your own home. The Clinician will be providing virtual group therapy to an Intensive Outpatient Program.

• Provide remote Telehealth Group Therapy to an Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program.
• Adult IOP remote group therapy on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; 5 pm to 9:30 pm Pacific time.
• Each group day includes:
  • 30 minutes of prep time
  • Three 50-minute groups consecutively with a 10-minute break between groups
  • 30 minutes of documentation time
• Commit to 16 to 18 hours per week, including attendance of a weekly treatment team meeting for 60 minutes.
• Work with clients dealing with a variety of mental health issues including substance use.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in California.
• Group therapy experience.
• Active Clinical licensure and experience in LMFT/LCSW/LPCC.
• Comfortable with technology and distance-based management of patients.
• Experience working with Substance Abuse and Chemical Dependency is a plus.

• Must use personal laptop/computer that can run Zoom and other applications required for Telehealth remote work.
• Internet connection - broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE).
• Speakers and a microphone – built-in, USB plug-in, or wireless Bluetooth.
• A webcam or HD webcam – built-in, USB plug-in or an HD cam or HD camcorder with a video-capture card OR virtual camera software for use with broadcasting software like OBS or IP cameras.
• Supporting operating systems:
  • macOS X with macOS X (10.11) or later
  • Windows 11
  • Windows 10 (Note: Devices running Windows 10 must run Windows 10 Home, Pro, or Enterprise. S Mode is not supported.)
• Web browsers:
  • Chrome: Within 2 versions of current version

  • Safari: Within 2 versions of current version
