Role Description

SAGE Counseling is actively looking for a Full-Time Lead Assessment Clinician to conduct assessments, diagnosing, and complete intakes for new clients. The Lead position will also assist with reviewing and approving completed assessments. This role requires a Behavioral Health License (LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW).

Where will you work?:

• Opportunity to work from home; must reside in Arizona.
• All equipment needed for this position is provided.
• Looking for Assessors in the Phx Metro area, including West Valley, East Valley, and Central Phoenix areas.

When will you work?:

• Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

What do Clinicians do?:

• Conduct assessments
• Diagnosing
• Complete intakes for new clients

Pay:

• Up to $70,000/year, depending on licensure and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a master’s degree in a behavioral health related field
• Behavioral Health License (LPC, LAC, LCSW, or LMSW)
• Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and diagnosing required
• Behavioral Health Licensure a plus, but not required
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
