Role Description

What you’ll do

• You’ll be a key support partner to the physicians you work with, keeping their charts accurate and their clinics running smoothly.
• Prepare and organize medical records and patient charts before physician visits.
• Update patient history, physical exam findings, and other health information in the EMR.
• Send documentation to physicians for review and approval, following each facility’s procedures.
• Track lab results and screening procedures so nothing slips through.
• Keep records compliant through careful documentation and attestation.
• Follow HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility policies.
• Handle clerical tasks that boost provider productivity and clinic workflow.
• Review and apply clinical and administrative criteria accurately.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Korean and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer service or healthcare (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sharp attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to juggle several priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• A warm, patient, and empathetic approach.
