Role Description

Optum WA, (formerly The Everett Clinic) is seeking an experienced Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you’ll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

• Provide treatment planning and brief therapeutic interventions for primary care patients
• Deliver care in both in person and virtual settings using evidence based approaches
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide clinical consultation or education as needed

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling (including clinical mental health counseling), or a closely related behavioral health field
• Active Washington State Department of Health behavioral health licensure, including LMHC, LMHCA, LSWAIC, LMFT or LMFTA

Requirements

• Ability to practice independently within Washington State scope of practice
• Experience working in a medical setting
• Telehealth service delivery and EHR documentation experience
