Role Description

We're looking for driven, compassionate professionals to join our team as Pharmacy Insurance Specialists. In this role, you'll help patients navigate insurance coverage, verify benefits, and remove barriers to care. • Handle inbound and outbound insurance verification calls
• Verify insurance benefits, coverage eligibility, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs
• Assist patients with enrollment and program qualification processes
• Research and resolve insurance-related issues
• Accurately document patient interactions and account updates
• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, pharmacies, and insurance carriers
• Maintain confidentiality while providing outstanding customer service

Qualifications

• Patient-focused, empathetic, and compassionate
• Strong communicators with excellent verbal and written skills
• Comfortable managing multiple systems and applications simultaneously
• 1+ years of recent medical insurance experience required

Requirements

• NO TIME OFF ALLOWED FIRST 90 DAYS.
• Must be able to accept an 8hr shift between 8a-8pm M-F.
