Role Description

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide non-medical support and assistance with daily living activities for individuals who are elderly, disabled, or in need of in-home support services. Caregivers play an important role in helping clients maintain independence and quality of life within their homes.

• Personal care assistance
• Meal preparation
• Household assistance
• Mobility support
• Companionship and supervision
• Assistance with daily routines

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Be able to complete any required state or program enrollment steps, if applicable
• Caregiving experience is preferred but not required
• Individuals currently caring for a family member or loved one may be eligible, depending on program requirements, authorization status, and eligibility guidelines

Requirements

• Position Type: Part-Time W-2 Employee
• Work Hours: Hours are determined based on client needs and authorized service plans
• Pay Schedule: Payroll is processed monthly for approved hours worked during the prior service period
