Role Description

The Hospital-Based Programs (HBP) Analyst supports physician onboarding, provider transitions, and other strategic Hospital-Based Division initiatives by:

• Managing project documentation
• Monitoring project progress
• Maintaining reporting and dashboards
• Supporting project governance activities

This role works closely with:

• Project managers
• Transition managers
• Operational leaders
• Credentialing teams
• Cross-functional stakeholders

to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet established objectives.
