Role Description

Join Concha Labs as a telehealth Hearing Consultation Specialist and deliver personalized hearing care remotely.

As a Hearing Consultation Specialist, you’ll deliver personalized hearing care remotely by:

• Conducting virtual consultations to assess hearing needs and qualify customers for our OTC hearing aids.
• Closing the sale and educating customers on next steps.
• Guiding customers through Soundscope self-fitting and onboarding after purchase.
• Providing post-purchase support: troubleshooting, sound profile adjustments, and customer care.
• Following up with customers after the initial appointment—whether or not they purchased—to address concerns and drive retention.
• Managing your appointment calendar and customer interactions in our CRM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hearing aid fitting or patient-facing hearing healthcare experience, as a hearing instrument specialist or audiologist.
• Demonstrated customer-focused telehealth approach and remote patient management skills.
• Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in accessible terms.
• Ability to work independently and proactive in problem solving.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional environment suitable for remote consultations.
• Nice to have: Personal experience with mild to moderate hearing loss.
