We are recruiting for experienced Nurses and Paramedics to start in January 2027!

Join our Healthline team at Whakarongorau Aotearoa and use your clinical expertise and cultural strengths to uplift hauora and wellbeing across Aotearoa. We blend clinical excellence, digital innovation, and cultural depth to create a unified korowai of care, welcoming your journey as part of our transformative mahi.

• Provide 24/7 health navigation and advice through Healthline and our dedicated Māori pathway.
• Support people nationwide with essential health services.
• Work a range of shifts across days, evenings, and nights.
• Be part of transformation focused on equity, cultural integrity, and honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
• Engage in culturally safe, responsive care prioritizing whānau-centred support.
• Join a supportive team with clinical leadership and coaching.
• Flexible work options: remote or office-based, full-time or part-time, flexible or fixed rostering.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurses or Registered Paramedics with a current APC.
• Lived experience and a deep understanding of diverse communities in Aotearoa.
• Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and holistic models of wellbeing.
• Minimum 1–3 years (or more) clinical experience, ideally in acute and primary care with triage and assessment skills.
• Willingness to engage with tikanga.
