Role Description

Snapscale is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a US Healthcare Coordinator in a remote setup. This role is ideal for nurses looking to transition into a virtual healthcare support environment while utilizing their clinical knowledge and patient care experience to support U.S.-based healthcare providers. • Assist US based healthcare providers with administrative and clinical coordination tasks
• Manage patient records, scheduling, and insurance verifications
• Handle medical documentation and maintain accurate patient information in EMR/EHR systems
• Provide virtual patient support and conduct inbound/outbound follow-ups
• Coordinate with patients and healthcare teams to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare privacy regulations
• Support day-to-day healthcare administrative workflows efficiently and professionally

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant is an advantage
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and medical administrative tasks preferred
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems and tools
• Professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
