Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Healthcare Virtual Assistant to join a growing mental health team.

• Answer patient calls, texts, and callbacks
• Schedule appointments for multiple therapists
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Review and submit claims in SimplePractice
• Support daily front-office operations and collaborate with the team

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of US healthcare administrative experience
• Mental health/behavioral health practice experience is strongly preferred
• Experience with patient scheduling and insurance verification
• SimplePractice experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Organized, reliable, coachable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with productivity monitoring software

Requirements

• Remote work setup
• Daily team huddle at 9:15 AM Eastern
• US holiday schedule observed
