Role Description

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Healthcare Program Coordinator to oversee daily service coordination and ensure smooth operations across our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be confident managing service providers, coordinating schedules, monitoring service delivery and ensuring that responsibilities are completed on time. You should be a strong communicator who can take ownership, solve problems quickly and hold team members accountable. Experience in healthcare, behavioural health or ABA services will be a strong advantage.

• Coordinate client services to ensure clients receive the appropriate support on time.
• Monitor service delivery and maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Oversee service providers and ensure assigned responsibilities are completed efficiently.
• Manage provider schedules, assignments and coverage to prevent service interruptions.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, staffing gaps and operational challenges, resolving them promptly.
• Act as the main point of contact between service providers, clinicians and management.
• Monitor provider performance and follow up on outstanding tasks or incomplete documentation.
• Support daily program operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in program coordination, healthcare operations or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioural health or ABA services is highly preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team coordination experience.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence managing service providers and holding team members accountable.
• Experience coordinating schedules and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, scheduling platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
