Role Description

We're running a paid study on the day-to-day realities of payer interactions in healthcare practices. Our goal is to understand the administrative friction points involved in credentialing, contracting, and prior authorizations. Your input will help us evaluate current workflow challenges and identify areas for operational improvement.

You will complete an asynchronous, remote survey detailing your practice's administrative workflows. The survey will ask you to walk through your standard processes for handling claims and interacting with payers. You will react to specific workflow scenarios and estimate the time spent on various administrative tasks. The entire process is conducted online and can be completed at your convenience.

Qualifications

• Healthcare professional involved in practice administration or billing
• Hands-on experience with payer interactions and contracting
• Familiarity with prior authorization and claims workflows
• Currently employed at a healthcare provider organization

Requirements

• Complete a remote survey regarding your payer interaction workflows
• Detail your daily processes for credentialing, prior authorizations, and claims management
• Describe the administrative hurdles you face when contracting with payers
• Evaluate the efficiency of your current practice management strategies
