[Hiring] Group Therapist @Seven Starling

Role Description

Seven Starling is looking to add a Group Therapist to its world-class therapist team. You’ll work with Seven Starling’s clinical team to consistently deliver high quality care to your group members. You will start by leading five to seven groups per week.

Qualifications

• Experience, skill, and passion for facilitating online group therapy
• Proficiency in structuring and leading virtual group therapy sessions
• Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care, including CBT, DBT, IPT and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
• Expertise in building group sessions that drive patient participation, support, and healing
• Experience working with diverse patient populations and demonstrating strong cultural awareness
• Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
• Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite
• Excited to join an early stage team building the future of maternal mental healthcare!

Requirements

• Independently licensed as a Psy.D with authority to practice under PSYPACT
• Additional licenses in California and New York are a plus
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a telehealth setting
• Experience running groups within perinatal or menopausal mental health (e.g., NICU, women's clinic, women's PHP/IOP program)
• Experience running virtual group therapy, preferably for at least 6 months
• Drive to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population
• Passionate about the benefits of group therapy and skilled in leading group therapy sessions
• Comfortable learning new systems, and have experience with electronic medical records

• 5-10 Hours of Weekly Session availability between 11a-7p Mon-Thursday
• 1099 Contract Role
• Remote
• $110 - $110 an hour
• $110/session: Group Session, inclusive of administrative time
