[Hiring] Graduate Occupational Therapist @ORS

Role Description

As a Graduate OT, you’ll have the opportunity to work with clients aged 0–65 in homes, schools, group programs, and the community. Your caseload can be tailored to your interests to make sure you are doing work that you find the most meaningful. You’ll deliver assessments and interventions such as:

• Functional capacity and sensory assessments
• Assistive technology and home modifications
• Skill and capacity building programs

You’ll build strong client relationships, celebrate achievements, and see the impact of your work every day.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration (or pending)
• A car & licence
• WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• A passion for learning, teamwork, and helping people achieve their goals

Requirements

• Work with a dedicated manager and a supportive team of 6-8 OT's at each site
• Reduced caseload while you learn the ropes
• Formal Weekly 1:1 supervision (1 hour)
• Access to training with tens of hours of pre-recorded training
• A cohort of grads starting with you for shared learning
• Flexibility in choosing full-time or part-time, flexible hours, WFH options, and compressed 9-day fortnight
• A dedicated manager to help you map out your career growth plan
