[Hiring] Global Dx Clinical Pathologist @Zoetis

Role Description

Zoetis Imagyst Digital Cytopathology is seeking a full-time Clinical Pathologist. This is a remote position based in the US. Responsibilities of this role will primarily include:

• Interpretation of digital cytology and hematology cases submitted from markets with Imagyst Digital Cytology service (US and international cases).
• Glass slide review as a component of the quality control workflow.
• Complete a minimum number of cases based on a minimum case target, which may be reviewed and updated periodically.
• Available to complete cases during assigned ‘shift times’ (not to exceed 40hrs/week).
• Opportunities to participate in other projects depending on interest and business need.

Performance evaluation will include:

• Case metrics.
• Success in achieving standards of medical report quality.
• Professionalism and communication with customers and colleagues.
• Compliance with organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
• Demonstration of Zoetis Core Beliefs.

Qualifications

• ACVP or ECVCP Clinical Pathology board certification or board eligibility.
• DVM (or equivalent).
• Formal pathology training – residency or graduate studies (master’s or PhD) in clinical pathology-related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of digital cytology experience preferred.
