Role Description

We are seeking a practicing board-certified physician in Obstetrics & Gynecology for a remote, freelance contract position. You will help prioritize high-yield board topics, map content to the ABOG initial certification examination blueprint, and develop standardized criteria to evaluate board-style questions. You will then apply those criteria to review AI-generated ABOG-style Qbank content that has already undergone physician editor review. You may also have opportunities to provide specialty guidance to multidisciplinary teams (e.g., Marketing, AI, Product, and User Research), helping shape the development of medical education and the responsible use of AI in medical education. This role offers the opportunity to complement your clinical practice with meaningful, high-impact nonclinical work while enjoying flexible working hours.

• Map clinical content to specialty board blueprints.
• Develop a rubric (i.e., standardized evaluation criteria) to assess ABOG-style Qbank questions.
• Review AI-generated medical content for accuracy, educational quality, and alignment with the ABOG initial certification examination.
• Identify content gaps on the platform to inform future content development.
• Provide specialty-specific clinical expertise to multidisciplinary teams (e.g., marketing, product, and user research).

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD/DO)
• Completed OB-GYN residency training in the US
• ABOG board-certified with active or recent US clinical practice
• Strong understanding of current clinical guidelines and evidence-based practice
• Excellent clinical reasoning, attention to detail, and written communication skills
• Sound judgment in prioritizing clinically meaningful feedback over minor editorial details
• Ability to work independently and meet agreed-upon deadlines in a remote environment

Requirements

• Recent experience with the ABOG initial board certification examination (preferred, not required)
• Experience in medical education, content review/editing, or AI/LLM applications (preferred, not required)
