[Hiring] Freelance CRA @IQVIA

Role Description

Join IQVIA Biotech as a Freelance CRA supporting two Phase III clinical studies in Spain. We are currently looking for two experienced CRAs, each supporting approximately 0.5 FTE (18 hours/week), with the possibility of combining assignments depending on availability and project needs. The role focuses primarily on monitoring activities across sites throughout Spain.

• Location: Spain (nationwide travel)
• Openings: 2 Freelance CRA positions
• FTE: Approximately 0.5 FTE per assignment (18 hours/week)
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: Approximately 6 months
• Travel: Around 2-3 site visits per month
• Sites: Approximately 10 sites across Spain

Responsibilities

• Perform Interim Monitoring Visits (IMVs) at clinical trial sites
• Ensure protocol adherence and ICH-GCP compliance
• Verify source documents and study data
• Support investigators and site personnel
• Identify and follow up on site issues and action plans
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful study delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CRA monitoring experience
• Previous Phase III clinical trial experience
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial processes
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Willingness to travel within Spain
