Role Description

What You Will Do

• Provide virtual primary care via phone, video, and messaging
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Manage ongoing care plans and patient follow-ups
• Prescribe medications and order labs as appropriate
• Educate patients on prevention and long-term health
• Collaborate with a care team to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Document care in EMR systems

Qualifications

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Strong experience in family practice or primary care
• 5+ state licenses preferred
• Priority licenses: New Jersey, New York, California, Texas, Utah, Colorado, Illinois, Arizona
• Available to work a weekend schedule (mid-shift) with additional weekday hours, if desired
• A sample 20-hour schedule could be: Friday 10a-2p, Saturday/Sunday 10a-6:30p
