Position: Primary Care Physician (MD) - Clinical Documentation & AI Evaluation

Type: Contract

Compensation: $170–$190/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Review clinical notes, encounter summaries, and EHR documentation for accuracy and clinical soundness.
• Evaluate AI-generated notes against what a practicing PCP would document.
• Annotate encounter data following detailed guidelines.
• Flag omissions, hallucinations, and clinical inaccuracies in AI-generated output.
• Provide structured feedback for engineering and product teams.
• Contribute expert input on annotation guidelines and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Must-Have: MD, with 2+ years post-residency.
• Currently practicing primary care, family medicine, or general internal medicine.
• US-based.
• Available for a minimum of 10 hours/week through mid-November.
• Preferred: Prior AI/ML annotation or model evaluation work experience.
