[Hiring] Family First Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator @Change Grow Live

Role Description

Change Grow Live in Warwickshire are introducing a new team and are looking for a Family First Substance Misuse Recovery Coordinator to join this team, working alongside the Warwickshire Children’s Team.

• Support the aim to build service capacity and strengthen multi-agency working.
• Reduce transitions between services.
• Embed substance misuse workers into the Children & Families Team to better support whole-family working.
• Provide intensive support to families on Child Protection and/or Child in Need Plans who have drug and/or alcohol misuse issues.
• Deliver high-quality service provision by creating an ambitious family-focused culture.
• Help families overcome complex problems, enabling them to become reintegrated into society.
• Empower service users and families to promote hope, empowerment, choices, control, and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in substance misuse recovery.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multi-agency teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Requirements

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
• Location: Main base with the Children's Team in Nuneaton, Hilary Road, with flexibility across all Children's Hubs in Warwickshire.
• Permanent contract.
