[Hiring] Experienced Pediatric Nurse @Advocare LLC

Role Description

Experienced Pediatric Nurse for remote work; Respond to patient portal questions and specialist faxes and communicate with providers about the content of these.

• Answer phone calls regarding sickness from parents.
• Complete some school and camp forms and some specialist referrals.
• Write some letters of medical necessity.
• Assess asthma status to decide if an appointment is needed.
• Have phone calls and text messages with frequent users of the ER to reduce ER usage.

This position is Monday through Friday, any time between 1 pm - 7 pm, 4-6 hours a day, flexible based on workload and your own family needs.

Will provide laptop, will provide a large share-drive document with pre-written instructions for the majority of portal questions, as well as Barton Schmitt protocols. Hourly pay rate $25- $42/hr depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 yrs of Pediatric Nursing experience.
