Role Description
Prominence Advisors is actively seeking an experienced Epic Radiant Team Lead to support one of our healthcare clients. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced Epic Radiant professional who can step into an established environment, provide stability and direction to the team, and help keep priorities moving forward.

Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for an Epic Radiant team

Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex Radiant issues

Help prioritize and coordinate team workload, projects, enhancements, and ongoing support

Partner with clinical, operational, technical, and IT leaders to understand needs and translate them into effective Epic solutions

Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts while helping maintain accountability and momentum across the team

Support planning, design, build, testing, implementation, optimization, and maintenance activities within Epic Radiant

Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers and proactively drive issues toward resolution

Help ensure work is delivered with a high level of quality and aligns with organizational standards and priorities

Communicate clearly with stakeholders and provide visibility into progress, priorities, and challenges
Qualifications

Current Epic Radiant certification

Strong hands-on experience supporting, implementing, and/or optimizing Epic Radiant
-
Previous experience serving as a team lead, application lead, or senior-level Radiant analyst with responsibility for guiding the work of others

Strong understanding of radiology workflows and the operational processes supported by Epic Radiant

Ability to quickly assess an existing environment, build relationships, and provide leadership with minimal ramp-up

Experience managing multiple priorities in a complex healthcare environment

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently drive work forward

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Collaborative, flexible approach and willingness to remain hands-on when needed

Consulting experience is a plus
Requirements

Travel: Limited; anticipated approximately 1β2 trips per year, potentially up to one week at a time
