Role Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Epic MyChart Analyst to provide temporary support for the MyChart and Digital Patient Experience team. This role will primarily focus on:
- Day-to-day MyChart operations
- Production support
- Ticket resolution
- Questionnaire configuration
- Maintenance activities
The ideal candidate is an Epic-certified MyChart Analyst who can quickly integrate into an established team, work independently, and contribute immediately with minimal onboarding.
Qualifications
- Epic MyChart certification
- Experience with MyChart
- Build skills
- Patient Questionnaire Build experience
Requirements
- Expert level experience
- Contract position based out of Buffalo, NY
- Fully remote position
