Role Description
CTG is seeking an Epic Ambulatory and MyChart Support Analyst for a fully remote engagement. In this role, you will provide ongoing Epic application support—including work tickets, service and change requests, and routine maintenance—allowing the client team to focus on key strategic initiatives.

Provide day-to-day support for Epic Ambulatory and MyChart applications

Manage and resolve work tickets, service and change requests

Triage, investigate, and resolve incoming incidents related to Epic Ambulatory and MyChart functionality, ensuring timely and accurate remediation

Escalate tickets to vendor and facilitate Sherlock tickets

Manage incidents and service requests in the ITSM system, ensuring SLAs and communication standards are met

Perform routine system maintenance as requested

Create and maintain documentation, including responsibilities, “How-To” guides, and role-specific processes

Develop initial documentation during knowledge transfer and maintain it throughout the engagement

Participate in call rotation for after hours
Qualifications

Epic Ambulatory Certification (required)

Epic MyChart Certification (required)

Experience handling training-related and In Basket incidents

Strong customer service and communication skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required

Benefits

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained
