Role Description
We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for Emergency Medicine professionals experienced in acute care, triage, resuscitation, undifferentiated presentations, procedural decision-making, disposition planning, and structured medical evaluation. This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on AI emergency care reasoning evaluation, acute clinical scenario design, healthcare response review, evidence-based assessment, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will create clinically realistic emergency medicine prompts, evaluate AI-generated medical responses, assess reasoning quality against evidence-based standards, and provide structured written feedback based on detailed evaluation criteria.
Key Responsibilities

Emergency Medicine Scenario Design

Design clinically realistic prompts and acute care scenarios based on Emergency Medicine practice.

Develop scenarios involving triage, undifferentiated chief complaints, resuscitation, procedural sedation, and disposition decisions.

Create high-quality reference responses that reflect attending-level clinical judgment and evidence-based emergency care reasoning.

Support varied healthcare evaluation tasks across urgent, emergent, and complex patient-care contexts.

AI Emergency Care Response Evaluation

Review AI-generated medical responses for clinical accuracy, reasoning quality, completeness, and patient-care relevance.

Evaluate whether responses appropriately address acuity, differential diagnosis, risk stratification, stabilization priorities, and disposition planning.

Identify unsupported claims, missing clinical nuance, unsafe recommendations, weak reasoning, or incomplete emergency assessment.

Grade responses against structured rubrics and project-specific evaluation criteria.

Structured Medical Feedback & Quality Control

Provide clear, precise, and evidence-based written feedback on AI-generated emergency care outputs.

Explain assessment decisions with professional judgment, consistency, and attention to acute care standards.

Follow detailed task instructions and apply clinical review criteria accurately.

Participate in onboarding, calibration, or specialty alignment activities when required.
Qualifications

Professional expertise in Emergency Medicine, acute care, emergency department workflows, or urgent patient evaluation.

Strong clinical reasoning skills across triage, diagnosis, stabilization, treatment planning, and disposition decisions.

Ability to evaluate medical written outputs with accuracy, urgency-aware judgment, and attention to patient-care implications.

Strong written communication skills and ability to provide structured, well-supported feedback.

Comfort applying detailed rubrics, clinical guidelines, and evaluation criteria consistently.

Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous, project-based environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to complete high-quality review work within project timelines.
Requirements
-
Attending physicians should be board certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.

Resident physicians should be in their final year of Emergency Medicine residency or recently graduated and board-eligible.

Fellows should be board-certified or board-eligible in their primary specialty and hold a current, active, unrestricted medical license where applicable.

Emergency Medicine, Emergency Medicine/Internal Medicine, and Emergency Medicine/Pediatrics dual-boarded backgrounds may be especially relevant.

Professional experience in emergency care, medical direction, acute care systems, medical education, healthcare quality review, clinical documentation, research, or guideline-based assessment is highly relevant.

Experience designing clinical cases, patient scenarios, medical exams, teaching materials, or board-style questions.

Familiarity with emergency medicine guidelines, triage systems, resuscitation frameworks, procedural sedation standards, and disposition planning.
