[Hiring] Doctor of Compliance @Junova

Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented medical professional to join our remote team as a Doctor of Compliance (DOC) to ensure that every patient’s treatment plan is tracked, scheduled, and managed with the highest level of accuracy.

We are seeking a qualified doctor to oversee the administrative governance of patient treatment plans. In this role, you will act as the bridge between clinical data and patient scheduling. You will evaluate medical prescriptions and outcomes to create structured follow-up schedules, ensuring that no patient falls through the cracks. You will be responsible for maintaining the data and coordination regarding patient calendars and planned procedures via our shared online systems on Google Drive.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Evaluation & Planning
  • Evaluate Prescriptions: Review patient prescriptions and clinical notes to understand the required treatment trajectory.
  • Analyze Outcomes: Assess patient follow-up dates and clinical outcomes to determine the necessary next steps in their care pathway.
  • Procedure Tracking: Maintain a meticulous record of all planned operations, surgeries, or medical procedures, follow-ups to ensure they are logged and tracked efficiently.
  • Sign post issues with treatment plan: Evaluate and assess treatment plans according to recent guidelines, record deviations and compose reports.
• Patient Governance & Scheduling
  • Calendar Management: Based on your clinical evaluation, accurately fill out and maintain patient calendars for follow-up visits.
  • Treatment Plan Updates: Ensure all data is structured so that patients can be timely updated regarding their treatment plans and upcoming appointments.
  • Adherence Monitoring: Act as a governance officer to ensure the prescribed timeline matches the scheduled events. Reasons noted to make sure the patient follow-ups are evaluated for success rate.
• Data Management & Collaboration
  • Online Sheet Management: Actively update and manage online sheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, or proprietary portals) shared by various internal teams.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Serve as the central point of data entry for patient management, ensuring that nursing, administrative, and specialist teams are viewing accurate, real-time data.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree Required: MBBS.
• Clinical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret prescriptions, medical terminology, and procedure notes accurately.
• Tech Proficiency: High proficiency in using online collaboration tools, specifically spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and calendar management.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail; the ability to manage complex schedules without error.
• Communication: Strong written English skills for clear record-keeping and team communication. Fluent in Pashto and Urdu speaking skills.
• Remote Readiness: A reliable internet connection and a dedicated work device.

Requirements

• Salary package: from 25k to 35k.
• Working hours are 4 hours (Based on the workload can be more). Monday to Saturday.
• Remote work monitoring is based on individual compliance to attendance via WhatsApp group and performance outcomes.
