Are You the Perfect Fit?

• Comprehensive Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive and problem-focused exams, equipped with complete patient records, x-rays, intraoral images, digital scans, and panoramic x-rays.
• Urgency and Education: Educate and express urgency to patients about their dental treatment needs in a way they understand and accept.
• Tech-Savvy: Master and use technology to optimize workflows, enhancing both patient experience and diagnosis accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years of Clinical Experience
• Active California Dental License
• Active DEA
• Active Malpractice Liability Insurance

Requirements

• Review patients' dental and overall health history
• Understand patients' personal oral health needs and goals
• Provide a fully comprehensive diagnosis of dental and periodontal pre-existing conditions, oral pathologies, and restorations
• Design persuasive and organized treatment plans
• Strong Closer: Gain treatment plan acceptance through thoughtful, compelling, and benevolent communication.
• Audit/oversee the quality of dental care delivered by our treating multi-specialty teams
• Collaborate with treating dental teams to reach consensus on optimal diagnosis and treatment plans
